This page explains, in plain language, how the ikEssentials Expense Tracker handles account and expense information. This is a business-owner draft and should be reviewed before formal app-store submission.
Information you provide
When you create an account or use the service, you may provide your name, email address, business information, expense records, categories, payment-method labels, descriptions and receipt files.
How the information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, store and display your expense records, calculate GST/HST-related values, provide dashboards and exports, and operate your subscription.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. ikEssentials does not store your full payment-card number in the expense tracker.
Storage and account access
Account and application data is stored using Supabase services. Access controls are designed so authenticated users can access their own permitted records.
